1. Definitions
- "NFT SaaS", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to the developers, operators, and maintainers of the NFT SaaS website and graphical user interface.
- "Interface" refers to the website hosted at [Insert Domain] which provides a visual layout to interact with various blockchains.
- "Smart Contracts" refers to the decentralized, permissionless, and immutable computer code deployed on various blockchains (e.g., Solana, Ethereum, Base) that facilitate staking and yield distribution.
- "User", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual or entity that accesses the Interface.
- "Digital Assets" refers to cryptocurrencies, tokens (ERC20, SPL), and Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs, ERC721) managed by the User.
2. Nature of the Service (Interface Only)
The NFT SaaS website is strictly a Graphical User Interface (GUI). We do not control, operate, or maintain the underlying blockchains or the Smart Contracts. The Smart Contracts are permissionless and decentralized.
Crucial Acknowledgment: You are not required to use this Interface to interact with the Smart Contracts. Any user with the technical capability may interact directly with the Smart Contracts via command-line interfaces, custom code, or alternative block explorers. By utilizing our Interface, you do so purely for your own convenience.
3. Assumption of Risk
By using the Interface, you expressly acknowledge and assume all risks associated with blockchain technology and Digital Assets, including but not limited to:
- Smart Contract Vulnerabilities: The risk of flaws, bugs, or exploits in the Smart Contract code that may result in the total loss of your Digital Assets.
- Network Failures: The risk of blockchain network congestion, downtime, or delayed transactions.
- Third-Party Plugins: The risk associated with using third-party wallet extensions (e.g., Phantom, MetaMask, TrustWallet). We do not control these applications and are not responsible for their security or functionality.
- Malicious Actors: The risk of hacking, phishing, sybil attacks, or other malicious activities by third parties targeting your wallet or the protocol.
4. Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that NFT SaaS, its developers, founders, contributors, and affiliates shall NOT BE LIABLE for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of Digital Assets, arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use or inability to use the Interface.
- Any failure, exploit, or hack of the underlying permissionless Smart Contracts.
- Any failure, compromise, or breach of your third-party wallet software.
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
- Any actions or omissions of third parties or malicious actors.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NFT SaaS and its developers from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your interaction with the Interface or the Smart Contracts.
5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for securing your private keys, seed phrases, and wallet credentials. We do not have custody of, nor can we access, recover, or freeze your Digital Assets. Furthermore, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Interface and Smart Contracts complies with the laws and taxation requirements of your local jurisdiction.
6. "As-Is" Service
The Interface is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
