Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 4/10/2026
1. Introduction
NFT SaaS ("We", "Us", or "Our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our graphical user interface (the "Interface"). Because our services interact with decentralized blockchains, it is important to understand the distinction between the Interface and the public ledger.
2. What We Do NOT Collect
As a Web3 platform, we prioritize data minimization. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect traditional personally identifiable information (PII) such as:
- Your name, physical address, or phone number.
- Your email address.
- Financial information (e.g., credit card numbers or bank accounts).
- Your private keys or wallet seed phrases (these are managed entirely by your third-party wallet software and never touch our servers).
3. Data We Process via the Interface
When you connect your third-party wallet (e.g., Phantom, MetaMask) to our Interface, we read certain data to provide you with a functional dashboard:
- Public Wallet Addresses: We read your connected public wallet address to query your blockchain balances and eligible NFTs.
- Project Metadata: If you utilize our "Studio" to deploy a pool, we store the public Project Name and X (Twitter) handle you provide in our off-chain database to display them on the Interface.
- Infrastructure Logs: Our web hosting and routing providers (e.g., Cloudflare) may collect basic connection data, such as IP addresses and browser types, for security and DDoS mitigation purposes.
4. The Public Nature of Blockchain Data
Please be aware that blockchains (such as Solana, Ethereum, Base, etc.) are decentralized, public ledgers. When you execute a transaction through our Interface (such as deploying a pool, staking an NFT, or claiming rewards):
- Your public wallet address, transaction amounts, and timestamps are permanently and immutably recorded on the public blockchain.
- This data is visible to anyone in the world via block explorers.
- We do not control this public ledger and cannot modify, delete, or "erase" your transaction history from the blockchain.
5. Third-Party Services and APIs
To fetch blockchain data quickly, our Interface relies on third-party Remote Procedure Call (RPC) nodes and indexers (e.g., Helius, Alchemy). By using the Interface, your public wallet address is transmitted to these providers to query your balances. These third parties have their own privacy policies governing how they process request data. Furthermore, your wallet extension (Phantom, Metamask, etc.) operates independently of our Interface and is governed by its own terms and privacy guidelines.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Interface after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
